Where Do Ideas Come From, Part I



Rod Serling, the American screenwriter and television producer best known for his Twilight Zone scripts with O. Henry- and Pirandello-like twists, fielded questions from students at Ithaca University in 1972 about the art of writing for television.

In the clip above, he gives a rather florid response to the question, “Where do ideas come from?” (The author he references at the end is Ernest Hemingway.)
